Each garment is produced only after your order is placed. This approach allows us to avoid unnecessary overproduction, reduce waste, and create more responsibly—ensuring that every piece is made with purpose rather than excess.

Crafting Your Order

Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. During periods of exceptionally high demand, such as seasonal releases and holidays, production may require additional time.

Once your order has entered production, we are unable to make changes to the items ordered or the delivery address provided at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

The following timeframes apply once your order has been dispatched:

United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
Rest of World: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery estimates may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, local carriers, and periods of increased demand.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow a short period for tracking updates to become available, as carriers may require time to register the shipment within their systems.

Delivery Issues
