Returns & Refunds

We create only what is needed.

Every WavyRoot piece is made specifically for its owner after an order is placed. By creating garments on demand rather than producing in excess, we help reduce unnecessary waste and lessen our environmental footprint. In return, we ask our community to purchase thoughtfully, knowing that we will always stand behind the quality of what we create.

If Something Isn't Right

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@wavyroot.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photographs of the item and packaging, where possible

Once reviewed, we will make it right by arranging a replacement or issuing a refund where appropriate.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each WavyRoot piece is created specifically upon order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Preference for a different colour or style

We encourage customers to review product details and size guides carefully before placing an order.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund once it has been issued.

Your Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights. If you believe your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the matter fairly and promptly.
